You have papers there that you would get to if only you had enough time? This workshop is designed for academics and shows you how to guarantee you spend high quality time on your research outputs. It teaches prioritising, goal setting, managing competing demands in a university and facing up to the realities of the Excellence in Research for Australia framework. Following on from this workshop, you will be given the opportunity to participate in smaller (or individual) coaching sessions to ensure you increase your research output, without compromising your work/life balance.
